Design Considerations for Chicago Roofs
A roof that works in a mild climate can struggle in Chicago. Our designs address the conditions that cause problems here:

At closeout we perform a final walkthrough, prepare a punch list, verify that items are corrected, and collect warranty documents, product data, and as-built information. You finish the project with a complete record of what was installed on your roof.
